If you still can't find your package, please visit Customer Support and submit the query ""My package says it's delivered, but it's not here"" in the 'Your Virtual Support Assistant' box on the top center of the page. Follow the steps to open a case with customer service to investigate your delivery.

In most cases, FedEx will attempt to deliver your package three times before returning it to the shipper. In case a courier is unable to leave your package, the courier will try to call you to check your availability and attempt the delivery.

Packages are scanned at various points between pickup and delivery. The frequency of scans varies, and it's not unusual for a shipment to go more than 24 hours without an update while it's on its way to the final destination.

Use the prepaid label provided by your merchant and drop off the package at any of our 56,000+ locations. Or use the USPS. Drop it off at one of their locations, or leave it on your porch or in your mailbox to be picked up.
